Just got back from shopping at Woolworths and the Indian lady staff was quite rude not good customer service I asked her i didn’t get my receipt on the self check out and she said it will come after taking off your items and it then didn’t so I asked her again it didn’t give me a receipt then kind of bad attitude pressed a few buttons then gave me the receipt was like a difficult thing to do when she was not busy but busy talking to 3 of the other staff friends that was more important!!!  What happened to service with a smile woolies pathetic service !!!

7pm Friday night Oct 24. Your spaced out workers stood chatting blocking the exit of the self checkouts for everybody, then the ai security gates didn't open after I'd paid , and I had to force them open. Please give staff some spatial awareness and remove the entrapment gates.

It must be definitely the worst one in NSW.n11am on Monday, not busy at all. 20 staff chatting and laughing on their phones, no one there to charge you, self service not everyone is keen to use. Since COVID they improve their business by 30%, turning billions of dollars…yet zero consideration for paying customers. God bless Harry’s farm

I’ve provided feedback several times because there was no available bakery product at all at 8.30 am during the recent months. I faced ignorant or sometimes even rude responses by the employees eg they have time to fill the shelves by 9.30 am only.nnWell today the staff said that due to staffing issue they didn’t bake anything today.nnI thought I buy bagels, however those are a couple days old, few packets even expired yesterday.nSee attached picture

I shopped here when I stayed nearby for a short time. They had everything I needed, it was bright and easily navigable and not too crowded. A very nice supermarket. Oh they also have the best chicken tenders at deli section.
