I was absolutely appalled this morning. I came in and was served at about 9:10 by a gentleman at the register but first when I approached him he was on his phone and then when I came back and he served me again he was very careless rude and flicked my groceries off the scale into the bags making them temporarily airborne and instead of just placing them in the bag like anyone usually would.nn. I have never been served so rudely in my entire life, very disappointed.nnWoolworths, I think you need to have a chat to this employee. He was the one in a Kathmandu puffer jacket this morning.
The shop is big and easily to access. It has free parking space. The staff are friendly and supportive. It has good discounts on weekends and I prefer to buy my groceries here. It has free fruit for kids every day. Everything is fresh and the prices are reasonable too…!
Customer service is wildly inconsistent. Tonight I actually had the best shopping experience I had here for a long time. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately that is not always the case, particularly the last time I attended when the checkout guy couldn't use his brain to work out not to shove all of my items into one bag when I had provided three. When I pointed this out to him he said he only packs bags the way he's told. It's not like he was some kid, he was in his 20s therefore should have known better. Do these people actually get any training to use common sense??
Each time I go to this Woolworths, I try to purchase their prepackaged caesar salad Woolworths brand and they are usually going brown/ and at times rotten. I found a bag this evening that was so brown/red without a white piece of lettuce in sight. I tried to notify the Woolworths attendants however they were very rude and just nodded. Not impressed with their customer service nor the fresh food they are meant to be selling. This happens time and time again
Customer service is atrocious. I have never been treated so poorly in a Woolworths. The ladies working the registers really need a reality check. Me asking them to check the price because their tag was wrong was SUCH an inconvenience for them.
