The shop is big and easily to access. It has free parking space. The staff are friendly and supportive. It has good discounts on weekends and I prefer to buy my groceries here. It has free fruit for kids every day. Everything is fresh and the prices are reasonable too…!
Been going here for years. Very convenient and a great selection of products. May not be the biggest Coles in town, but great location for the locals, prices are great. I find most items at times a better price than other supermarkets. Staff are all so friendly and always get a greeting when entering. Whether you need to do quick a shop or shopping for the family, it has most things you need. Have known the staff for years and are always friendly. There is always someone around if you need assistance, and even walk you to the aisle where you need. Only thing, is some customers should show a little more respect to the staff as they can be a little abrupt when it's not necessary. They are just doing their jobs and at times deserve a little more respect. If you have 1 or 2 items, use the express checkout, not verbally yell at the checkout staff when othrr shppers have a trolley full of products. I have always found the staff helpful and willing. Located at a great spot on Belmore Road, as the shopping strip has many other shops as well to do shopping.
I was at the self check out and I was going to take the green basket outside with me since my arm was broken I had a cast on and she saw and had a bunch of things, the lady she was a old lady with red pinkish hair yelled at me and said it wasn’t for outside and I told her that I needed it cause I was unable to hold all my stuff by myself. Very rude and disrespectful also the shop never has things in stock
This is our closest Woolworths. It has plenty of off-street parking and easy access. It's a mid-sized supermarket with a reasonable range but without the large variety item areas that the X-stores have. It has a deli and good fruit and vegetable range. Pretty much everything needed for the weekly shop. Older people are major customers but the serviced checkouts are rarely all open. There are often sizable queues at busy times. Meaning, if you want a quick exit, the multiple self-service checkouts are tempting for those who can use them. Sad for jobs.
I needed to ask a couple of questions at doff times and on each occasion I was treated courteously and given help until I was satisfied. Lovely staff, good variety. Well laid out.
I enjoy shopping here with or on behalf my clients and when i cant find an item, i ask the friendly staff and they are always happy to point me in the right direction.
The scan-and-go checkout was not that convenient. Had to scan the same items twice. We Would rather use the self-checkout machine instead.
Staff are run off their feet but still courteous
This supermarket has improved since being refurbished except you can't enter the floor from both ends any more, you are pushed along to the northern end of the store to the gates for entry to the shopping area. The location of this Woolworths is quite good as it is surrounded by strip shopping and a variety of different stores for convenience and the library is just up the road.
Been around for ages and had a badly-needed facelift in the previous years. Heaps of self-serve kiosks, a fair deli section don't think it has a bakery on site, and a BWS that sometimes closes disappointingly early. Smaller than other stores, so stock won't be as extensive. Medium-sized carpark out back.
