Exceptional customer service in a supermarket can turn a mundane task into something pleasant. Friendly staff who greet you with a smile and offer help when needed make shopping more enjoyable. Efficient checkouts and staff who are knowledgeable about the store's products contribute to a smooth experience. When a supermarket excels in these areas, it makes customers feel appreciated and more likely to return.
As always a good time for a not so nice activity I find that the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also very kind and willing to help you out. Being both disabled and assisting my mother who is 80+ and disabled herself the friendly and supportive staff are a wonderfully accommodating bunch.
I would like to express a concern regarding the quality of products in the meat department. Today, I purchased a pair of pork hocks intended for soup preparation; however, a distressing odor permeated our home during the cooking process. Upon inspection, it became evident that the hooks were spoiled. It is imperative that the meat department conducts thorough quality checks on its products to prevent such occurrences in the future.
Can't remember the person's name, but someone gave me excellent customer service yesterday at the store. I was looking for some specific Greek yoghurt that was out of stock on the shelf which happens frequently. I went to the service desk and the man who was working it had just said to another employee that he was exhausted and was supposed to go on his lunch break 30 minutes ago. As he went to leave to go on break, he spotted me and assisted me. He ended up searching up the product and going out the back to get one for me, as well as restocking the shelf before going on his overdue break. Dude is a superstar. As someone who works in a busy retail store I k ow the dread of getting an eager customer right as you're meant to go on break. But he never made me feel like a nuisance :
Great recent update which was well needed. Now up with best Woolworths stores around. Great deli, cheeses, meat and fresh fish counter.nnFruit and Veg is great and bakery always worth a wander.nnGood gluten free and health food options. Plenty of self service check out terminals too.
