Click and collect is dreadful. No one has a clue what's going on, often orders mixed up, large amounts of items missing. Try and call on return home to see if possible to pick up missing items, no response.nnEventually get through to someone, come back to collect missing items.... Get home, still missing items
Huge store. Looks like unhealthy foods are given lots of space. At the entry to the right were loads of sweets on display. Would be nice to have more checkouts open.
I am a door dash driver and often pick up from here, when given multiple orders they separate them into different boxes, i was delivering to 2 people today and woolies messed up the names on the bag, the contents of the bag with almost all of the items. As a decent human being i took the liberty to make sure that each customer has the correct items which took over 40 minutes. I get paid by order not by hour and so I lost a lot of money today because of their mistake and it reflects badly on me. It’s not that hard to put the correct item in the correct bag and treat your door dashers with respect, a simple smile would go a long way
I use This store when visiting my son. I am from the UK. Thevstore is great. The parking hideous. Hardly any local Aussies take note ofbthevNo Entry signs and blatentl cut across rather than follow thevarrows. One of these days there will be a bump. More should be done to catch these people even having CCTV.
A better than average range of goods. Location is right in the heart of the local commercial centre. Very limited street parking and the parking station is under heavy demand and can be tricky to manoeuvre through.
