23 Dec 25. Popped in for some stuff while travelling. Loads of great products and I was able to use my saved Christmas points and my 10% monthly saving also. Only criticism is the checkout glass wasn’t clean and there was clearly something spilt on it, perhaps it’s this that made it difficult to scan items.nnMust highlight there is a UK food section!!! Must see and a few other sections including Kiwi so I bought my friend a Feijoa burst drink.nnI did mention to the person by the self checkout desk today the glass was messy.
Horrible service at the check out by “Kash”. No greetings as we approach the check out. Looked totally bored. Was still looking at his phone when we were putting our items on the conveyer belt. Gave him two bags to seperate the frozen items but he proceeded to put everything into one bag and didn’t even give us back the other bag. Didn’t ask if we wanted a receipt at the end. Would rather use the self checkout blindfolded than having him help us again.
Ive been going to this woolies for years, and its safe to say its great. I always appreciate the service, like today the previous customer left behind some technological issues with my self-service checkout. A staff member in the area fixed it pretty quickly and was super nice to chat to
I like shopping at Woolworths, but I’ve never seen one as messy as this store, with random loading trolleys left right in the middle of the hallway
Its one of the worst Woolworths. Hard to dodge all the piles of stock and workers. Workers everywhere but at a checkout. Dodgey daily price changes etc. - just not a reliable provider. Luckily foodland is nearby - great SERVICE, all checkouts open. Foodland gives a shit!
