Had some trouble finding an item and one of the staff members, Duncan, was so polite and kind when offering his assistance. He knew exactly where the item was and spoke with such a friendly tone. He always kept a smile on his face whether he was interacting with me or the other customers. Great customer service Duncan!!
Today, I went to Woolworths Arkaba to buy 2 phones as it was showing stocks available, but it wasn't available. Goirgia did her best to make sure that I have 2 phones. She checked with other branches and helped us. It took her almost 30 minutes. She could have just told us that it wasn't available but she went beyond and made sure we were happy. Thank you Goirgia! You are extraordinary. You deserve to be recognized for your excellent customer service.
The other day I had an awesome experience with Duncan. I was waiting in line to get my items scanned and there was a big que luckily Duncan made some calls and more registers were opened. He was very polite and packed my bags in my trolley for me.
Staff are extremely helpful and have great positive attitudes. Good range of higher quality and premium or low volume/unique brands.
My local supermarket. Good for the basics but fruit and veg is limited.
