The staff customer service was next level here, the public toilets were out of service and they didn’t hesitate to allow me to use their toilets as a once off rather than redirecting me elsewhere, it was a very kind gesture that they didn’t need to offer. Kindness goes a long way.
I had a very disappointing experience at Ararat Woolworths. The staff member I interacted with The guy who was working at direct to boot on 23rd of April, 2026 at 5.00 p.m. was extremely impolite and rude, which is something I’ve never encountered at any other Woolworths store. It was honestly quite shocking and left a very negative impression. Customer service should be respectful and professional at all times, and this experience fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have to go through the same situation.
Good size store but they didn't have much of a selection in the meat department so I ended up going to the butcher's couple of doors up .
So disappointed in Woolworths Ararat. Not a 3rd world issue but disappointing. My grandson asked me to collect Ooshies for him. He is 3 and loves them. I purchased enough groceries to cover getting a few for him. The woolies girl in the self checkout was quite in my face asking what certain things taste like that I was buying. I was abit putout by her questions that when I got to the part about weather I wanted ooshies I accidentally pushed no and when I explained what had happened the girl she says. “To Bad” you didn’t push yes so you don’t get any.nWhat The!!!
not familiar with format and location of products. spent time looking around for items. helpful staff assisted.
