Woolworths Ararat

Just another Woolworths really. I was happy to visit as it was my first Aussie supermarket after 3 weeks in Indonesia. Otherwise pretty unremarkable 😜

Woolworth has recently updated its checkouts and now has self serve as well as the usual staff serviced ones. The employees are friendly and happy to assist with guidance to anything you can't find or to help carry your goods to the car. The checkout is usually quick, no long queues. Groceries are packed properly and parking isn't a problem there's plenty of empty spaces. Before public holidays it can get crowded but there's always a couple of spots available.

Staff here are super lovely. They are really helpful with any problems and know the store inside out. There are self-serve checkouts now, so if you don't feel like a chat you can diy.

Basic all round Woolworths if you want some food in Ararat expect cheap prices that will blow you away this whole shopping block area in Ararat has some great quaint shops, from a tobbaconist to a pizza shop the Woolworths is the main commercial building in the block and it will remain that way . Good job Woolworths .
