Great place for shopping like other Woolworths
Able to get everything on my list with vegetables being exceptionally fresh & Sultana loaf at half price. Scored lots of points with my Woolworths Rewards Card, adding to this year's Christmas spending at BigW in December.
I use this store when I'm shopping with or for my mother. The store itself is easily accessible and a busy store. However, I found the manager to be rude, loud, and condescending in her treatment of staff. She was having a go at a young employee in the service booth area in front of customers. She was rude to him, sarcastic and dismissive. I'm sure that this could have been avoided, especially in front of customers. She then rudely dismissed him and continued to speak about him to 2 other team members, totally unnecessary and not exactly what I would call a good manager or role model.
Disgusting, too many items with no prices. Told a manager and guess what the reason is for no tickets in front of items, yep you got it, Covid. They really have to stop using this excuse. Tickets should be up by Tuesday, it's now Thursday. Just really slack store.
Two star for keeping it open until 9pm. Otherwise poor customer service and very entitled attitude. No point even talking to their manager. Pathetic!
It’s a Woolworths, a little run down but store is kept clean. Usually has the items needed.
I wanted to look for an item today and went to Arndale shopping centre woolies couldnt find the one. Then I googled another woolies which is in Findon. And this is my first time shopping here. The young handsome guy grocery assistant helped me find the one I needed with patience. He found it on a different level of shelf. I was thrilled and extremely happy ! I decided to expend more here so I did. Thank you Findon woolies and the good assistant^^
With other shops within this small Complex to catch the eye, it's ambience is at first glances, inviting. Woolworths itself seems a rather demoralising place, with a number of shelves left without Stock. I went to buy Soya milk which Woolworths sells for $1.15 per Litre. 1 carton left. I didn't want to continue and vacated the premises quickly.
Great customer service and very friendly staff. With the exception of one checkout operator - she really needs to stop eating those sour lemons.
Friendly staff offering good service. This Store is clean and well presented. It gets busy after 16:00 so be prepared to wait to be served. There is a BWS Liquor Store conviently located next door.
