The GP was excellent however the wait time was like a hour .. which was too long.nOtherwise the experience was satisfactory.nSuggestion: toilets could be installed with a shelf to place sample collection packets for patients convenience.
Came here a few months ago. My doctor made Islamophobic and inappropriate remarks. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. They then cancelled my follow up appointment 3 times. Will not be returning. The nurses however are absolutely amazing.
Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Dr Larkins was very understanding and thorough. She listened and made sure I understood everything. She made me feel comfortable and was very gentle.
I booked in to see a female doctor with an acute issue that needed a referral. The doctor seemed angry that I was there and told me she didn't have time for me. The one good thing she did was prescribe me antibiotics.nThe only reason I gave this clinic one star is for the reception staff as they were lovely and so was the pharmacist.
For a bulk-billed medical centre in 2024, this place is top notch. The recent renovations help the place to feel and look a bit nicer. The location is fairly convenient for easy access to those throughout Brisbane but especially inner city.nnI’ve seen a few different providers here for different reasons. Some of them… not great. Others, I adore shout out to Dr Larkins. I’m not deducting stars here, when it is an issue with individuals and not the centre itself, and appropriate actions appear to have been taken whenever necessary to respond to issues.nnAlso, the reception staff are lovely. When I first came here a year ago, some customer service skills were perhaps lacking at times. But in recent months especially, everyone has been incredibly kind and courteous.
