I ordered a leather half check collar. When it arrived I was delighted with the look and quality. Excellent value

Ordered 15th July, it's now 3rd August and I still don't have my order. They have ignored my emails so I have no choice but to claim the money back through the bank. Very very disappointed and annoyed that they've wasted so much of my time. I only wanted a basic lead!

The communication from this business is awful. I ordered on the 14th December, sent 3 follow up emails and called 5+ times left 2 voicemails with no answer or response to any. My order arrived today, took 1 month to arrive, it is far too large for my dog. No answer on the phone again so I'm going to cut my losses and give up on this business and buy elsewhere. A dreadful customer experience - avoid at all costs.

I am so pleased with my show lead. I ordered a lovely purple leather lead and asked in a comment just by chance if a bead could be added. When it arrived got such a lovely surprise as beads had been added. Beautiful. My lead will be the best in show even if the dog isn’t.
