I went to do my MRI at Adelaide MRI. The staffs were friendly and helpful but the part of MRI machine was horrific, I was expecting to go through the horrible noise that the machine make but the machine itself was pretty small and when they sent me onto the the machine I felt I can't move nor breathe. To the management of Adelaide MRI, please upgrade your MRI and CT machine they are pretty outdated. FYI I've done 3 times MRI with Benson radiology and never had any issue other than the noise.
adelaide mri are fantastic. i have had multiple cortisone injections over the years to deal with arthritic conditions as recently as yesterday in my cervical spine. they fixed an issue again which gave me instant relief after 3 weeks of intense pain. i can not rate them highly enough. the staff are well trained and accommodating and the doctor was switched on. 5 stars x 1000
The girls at reception are useless and need training. I won't be comming back.
I would like to say thanks to a Doctor from South Africa and a lady who did my ultrasound today. It was really hard to take an Implanon out my hand. However, both of these ladies were extremely professional and kind. Thank you very much! I would highly recommend this Clinic
Place was chaotic. Staff didn’t know what was going on. Was given different instructions by several different radiologists. Then turns out the docs I’ve seen since including podiatrists and orthopaedic surgeons don’t trust the report, describe the scanner as cheap and images unclear. So now I’m $250 down and back where I started 4 weeks ago, no closer to a solution. Thanks for nothing.
Ongoing issues mean I have attended here often. 5 out 5 service every time. Very friendly professional service from the admin staff to all the doctors.
I get all my sonograms here for my baby’s health checks. The facilities are new and clean. The staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
