Apparently they think that the attached repairs are acceptable as they are not responding to emails from the loss adjuster and we have no idea when the works will be finished they should have been completed in July 2022. In my opinion they are an absolute disgrace! Their website says: 'Woodland Commercial recognises that regular communication is key to the successful delivery of reinstatement works and makes sure they are completed as efficiently as possible to the policy holder’s complete satisfaction.' Well definitely the repairs are not to our satisfaction! Furthermore Woodlands have not responded to emails from Sedgwick, the Loss adjuster. I repeat what a complete shambles! It has been over a month and still no response. They have left rubbish on site and windows really dirty as well . Unbelievable!
Sadly we were forced to use this company by our insurers after a flood and they turned out to have no customer focus or quality standards. A relatively simple job took a total of 6 months to complete whilst we were down one bedroom and surrounded by furniture and boxes etc Problems included no project management .... things only happened if I chased frequently or effectively "micro manged " them. They have little or no control of sub contractors or employees who damaged our property, damaged the pavement out side the house and left paint spatter on floors and electrical switches etc, left runs in the paint work and dings and dents in the walls. No regard for customer service, very slow to respond to calls and emails and response to complaints was ... " well no one else has complained " On the plus side the plasterer and ceiling fitters did a good job and some of the telephone support staff tried to get us a better service. Altogether a sad example of a badly run, time and money wasting company with no regard for customer service ....if you have a choice I would steer well clear!
Recently had a insurance claim which Woodlands where appointed to the Job , they made the massive task look simple . We found no problems with this firm Punctual and professional
My wife an I would highly recommend Woodland after delivering our extensive rebuild to a high standard on budget and on time.
Lovely builders / decorators would have them back any time. Well done chaps.
Carried out some home improvement work for me. Professional and Courteous at all times.
Very good construction company, they are very professional and do very good work.
