personally I thinks the clock tower is a superb land mark , what a pity you evidently don't have a Town planner , or the very obvious power pole would Mar the view !

This is one of Woodend's best known landmarks. It was dedicated in 1928 to commemorate fallen service men who fought during the Boer War and the Great War WWI..

Love seeing the updates, now the lights work, less bird droppings and the time is right. Well Done keep up the great work

It would be nice if they would bury the powerlines that run right next to it. Visually the monument is diminished by the powerlines being so close to it.

Good to see the Australian flag flying in the breeze.
