Very helpful and thorough staff. Answered all my questions patiently. Posted fast too - thank you! Only negative was it took me hours to get through on the phone - obviously too good there!
Terrible service every time, once they lost my script, then miraculously found it a month later but didn't post it to me as requested. Disorganised!!! I would avoid this place if possible, save your time and money.
Very disappointing. Bad communication, no empathy and customer-orientation. Attempted to order over the phone. Multiple phone calls and direction-less questions later, still no progress. Cannot recommend, sorry.
