Unfortunately I had to put my two elderly dogs to rest and the Vet and nurse were amazing. So were the reception staff. Vet and nurse came to my house and were patient and very caring. Taking paw prints for me and even found my box of tissues as I was so upset. Very thoughtful and beautiful ladies. Highly recommend them.
I Had my dog put to sleep and the lovely vet and nurse made it so nice and cared so much for me and my dog couldn’t speak more highly of them thanks you so much
Took my 12 year old labrador for her 4th of 4 cortisone injections. My dog was referred by our home vet in Cairns, Far North Queensland as we are down spending time with my mother who lives locally. Despite having all her files that clearly show a recent check up delivered to this practice, a $61 injection that can be given by a vet nurse, cost $172 because a vet listened to her heart which I did not request and gave her the injection. That is clearly a rort and apparently locals are quite familiar with this type of extortion from this practise.
Took my very sick cat to the one of the vets here. They were caring and compassionate and also considerate of our financial situation. Reception have also been kind and helpful. Cat is home, healthy and happy :
Transferred a cat over from the Peninsula as we weren’t happy with the care. The team in here were lovely and took him in after hours. Made sure we had regular updates on his care and progress, and they focused on his health and wellbeing rather than payment first. Care was very affordable, the the team were professional, friendly and empathetic. Definitely recommend them and definitely coming here in future!
