Wonderful Garden Chinese Takeaway

Incredible! Best Asian food I have EVER had. Me and my boyfriend came here on a quiet Sunday for some lunch, ordered some Dim Saun. Service was exceptional, we were served by a young man with glasses who was just lovely, had the snow tea which was delicious and so beautiful to look at. Our starter was perfect followed by a lovely main, the dessert was fabulous custard and sweet beef steamed buns! Interior design is spectacular. 19 quid each for 3 courses and prawn crackers... very very fair pricing. Will definitely be coming back!

Really nice contemporary Chinese restaurant. Couldn't fault any of the food everything was delicious. Staff were friendly and chatty without intruding on our meal. Will definitely visit again.

Food was good but slightly over priced. The restaurant looks amazing since they refurbished it, really nice atmosphere. Service badly let it down. Only two servers for the whole place and things got lost in translation. Didn't receive part of our order and took ages for anyone to bring the bill. Probably won't dine in again but might get a takeaway from here

I recently went here for the set menu. Unfortunately service was poor- well non existent. I was asked by the waitress to ask my table if there were any allergy or dietary requirements. Surely this is her responsibility? We were sat down for 40 minutes and not given our starters until 1 hour after we arrived. I actually had to request food at each course as no one was taking our finished plates or bringing the next course. When requesting the last course the manager spoke to me in rude tone and stated I did not need to request this, when I obviously did as nothing was being brought out otherwise. The food was not good. the food was not fresh, in particular the chicken satay which had been microwaved most likely several times. The sauces appeared to be out of a jar. The amount of food for our table was small also. They didn't cater for the person with the peanut allergy very well either also giving a very small amount. The drink I ordered which was soda water with lime cordial out of the bottle cost £4.20 for a pint! When questioned I was told all soda was this price including coca cola! This was obscenely extortionate for literally carbonated water and a shot of line cordial from a Rose's brand bottle. In addition, if you want to hire a pod the charge is 10% of your bill? Which is subjective and again extortionate. The decor was lovely but I'm afraid I won't be returning due to the rest of the above.

Absolutely amazing. Food was so good. One of the best places I've been for vegetarian. They cater for all! Was in the room in the back for a meal and karaoke with my friends for a 50th. Staff were so nice and friendly. Nothing was too much for them.Food: 5/5

We recently had our Christmas work party here and had a blast! As a group of 16, we were looked after very well! Communication via phone was sparse but excellent email responses and very prompt to respond. Gave me reassurances before our party when I asked several questions. As a big group, we prepaid £30 each for Chinese and 2 hrs of karaoke deal but in addition, they threw in christmas crackers, a private bar and private service during the karaoke session! The night was perfect - Our drinks topped up without delays and was served by 4 waiters, hassle free pay as you drink service, generous amounts of food which is of quality, and was even asked if we needed our rice and noodles topped up. We didn't need to as we were all fully satisfied with what was served! Not a greasy Chinese takeaway but quality food! Perfect location for a big group but likewise, they also had intimate quiet pods in the back which I defo will come back to someday! I can't recommend it enough and so happy all 16 people in the team loved the experience of Chinese, karaoke, and private bar service! I can 100% say a great night was had and will come back! Most of the soup were in the carrier bag. The container it came in was broken. I was eating bits of plastics that was in my soup. So disappointed!

As a restaurant and service and quality of food you have nailed it.. i cannot complain about one meal you have made or delivered.. The price is spot on so i do recommend wonderful kitchen as a place to goFood: 5/5

Nice place with good food. Well what we had was very tasty, a bit pricey for our little family though with a compulsory 10% service charge which sort of made me smart a bit and definitely made me spend less than I wanted to. I mean the more I spend on food the more I pay in a compulsory percented charge? Surely it should be a fixed charge per head? Adjusted for seasonal business? You tell me because I don't know, however I would rather of bought another £8 of food rather than pay it in a service charge.

This restaurant was lovely. We were lucky enough to get a pod to dine in and the children loved it The food was great, the staff were lovely and the design of the restaurant was superb. 10/10 from us Kid-friendliness: My kids were blown away by the design of the restaurant. It’s not somewhere little ones can run around in but your 10+ children will really appreciate the aesthetics of it
