I had a wonderful experience here. The staff are incredibly kind, Kerry I hope that was the correct name who did my scan was so gentle and effective I couldn’t have asked for a better technician.
This imaging scan establishment still haunts my partner. Out of our overall pregnancy experience from conception to birth, this was the worst part attending the place for the 7 week scan. All 3 ladies encountered at reception and the scan lady needed to check their attitudes. So rude.
This was the best imaging experience I've yet had for my baby. The Doctor was so informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going here instead of a generic ultrasound clinic for women's health.
Have had a few scans with this service. They were so kind when one of my antenatal scans flagged an abnormality. There is often a wait but given the incredible service they provide this is fine with me. Cannot recommend highly enough.
The staff here are incredible. Particularly Jo. I have had such a pleasant experience going for my ultrasounds here. I always leave comfortable, confident and reassured about my baby and pregnancy.
I am not sure if I walked into a different place to the negative reviews on here or I am just more tolerant!! I cannot fault a single thing about this centre, staff are great and so welcoming and warm, every single one of them. The lady doing my scan took some gorgeous images and explained every little thing to us in great detail Parking is hard to get but let's not forget it is directly across from KEMH. Not at all the centers fault. Wait times are to be expected at certain clinics, not everything runs smoothly with each scan, a little bit of understanding and compassion is all it takes!! Look forward to going back for another scan at 32 weeks!
I've had 2 wonderful experiences attending this clinic, the sonographer and admin staff were delightful, they ran on time, they were thorough and very lovely.
My daughter attended this clinic yesterday and the reception staff treated her so badly. She was very stressed and suffers with anxiety and all they could do was snicker and be rude. This is not acceptable. Why would you attend this place when there are other places that treat customers with more respect. Management, your staff need some training in customer service and compassion.
Horrible experience for my dating scan, after going through ivf and being so excited to finally see my baby I was pushed in and.pushed out so quick, no parking is supplied so they make you park so far away and walk, nothing was explained about how everything was, it was very awkward and quiet and was in for a maximum of 10 minutes, I had to ask prompting questions just to find out if things were OK. Have reported back to my ivf clinic to never recommend them to any patient again and also posted reviews of them all over my ivf fb support pages and parental groups. Worst experience ever. The obstetrician and sonographer were really kind - they explained everything we were seeing on the ultrasound and helped us get our NIPT results back. They send lovely images to your phone afterwards, and they can take 3D images. I think some of the reviewers here don't realise that the ultrasound is a proper medical assessment, not something you do for fun. You wouldn't normally try to video another type of medical appointment, would you? My appointment was bang on time, but I can understand why they might sometimes run late... because, the reality is that missed miscarriages and serious anatomical problems are often diagnosed by ultrasound and the couple will obviously need support after this. That will delay subsequent appointments.
