I would like to add a positive review. as all I see here is the negatives. I have returned to this medical centre after having to go elsewhere during all the ongoing covid issues of the past two years. I have had excellent service,both from front reception & the Dr I have chosen to now be my regular GP..Such a shame that only the people who have had a bad experience bother to write a review. When in actual fact this is a very accommodating medical centre with wonderful Doctors & staff. My only issue & concern is the introduction of having to pay above the bulk billing rate., Which will be introduced in the new year.
Receptionist was abhorrent and disgustingly rude. I called up to make a simple, routine appointment and I was constantly interrupted and talked over, and was met with blunt and nasty responses spoken in a tone that is absolutely unacceptable. The receptionist’s job is to take phone calls from patients and clearly, this lady can’t handle it or do it properly. Her attitude needs to be adjusted because I won’t be coming back, purely because of how rudely I was treated. Based on older reviews, this has clearly been an issue for some time, so, staff; please work on fixing this as soon as you can, for your own sake.
One of the worst medical Centre .. irresponsible staff appointment been made to book a visit to your doctor for certain time .. delay over 2.5h and still 2 Infront.. so min 3h delay. If you cannot keep patent appointment why are you giving them. and why patent not been informed of the long delay... As well as they refuse to pot me on available doctor.. are we in Afghanistan and we don't know.
Julie in the front desk and Dr. Tania had the worst attitude. They don’t know how to talk to patients. Two of the ladies in the front desk were very racist I’d say because I saw them talking to others nicely whereas the way they talked to me was unacceptably rude. Wish there was a zero star option since the service doesn’t even deserve a single star. Never going there again.
Very bad booking system and booking team service. I doubt if they never even checked if their booking system working well. I tried to make an appointment with my GP on phone, but the automatic voice led me to the booking team, the woman answered the call said she could not do anything for me as my GP had to be booked by the main reception not her. I told her I couldn’t get the main reception as the automatic voice only led me to the booking team. The woman said I should try again. I did but still got the same result. She became very impolite and hung off my call before I finished my words. I called back and asked why she was so rude, we tried to see the GP for our health issues, preventing us from seeing a doctor is very cruel. She said she would ask the main reception to call me back but I didn’t get any call from them.
Its true..the Drs here are fantastic! ...but good luck getting in to see them. There's either the contender for rudest receptionist award there's one in particular Or the impenetrable answer machine "....press 2 to make an appointment" and we'll terminate your call... Part 2...Fri 13 Jan 2023 Following Victoria's suggestion.. I today attempted to book my doctor online. Unfortunately, that dr isnt among the ones available to book online.. ..also no online bookings for the Skin Clinic I tried calling... just to find out when my Dr is next avail.. or skin clinic.. The answer machine won... Half-hour on hold...i gave up.
UAU....so many bad reviews. I have come to this practice for years, and was always well received at the front desk. This is a central practice,so of course,there might be a few delays, but never bother me. And the doctors are amazing. always
Dr Tomson charged my partner $150, didn't examine her sore belly at all, racially profiled her thinking she was only after pain medication, so therefore didn't prescribe any pain medication. She even lied to her, saying doctors can't do that. Wish we'd just gone somewhere else. She's still in pain and minus $150.
Rude receptionist. I forgot her name but seem to be the leader and sat on the left. I think the doctors are fine but the attitude of receptionists needs to be reviewed. Thanks
I booked an appointment for 4 pm but was still sitting outside doctor’s office until 5:30. I was supposed to get my test reports and they said we haven’t got it in the first place and then they we found them but rather than transferring them to the doc they just went home and I was left sitting there and then they made me pay $70 and this was on 9 nov 2022 and I still haven’t received my reports.
