I have been to many wok it up branches, but my God! This branch seem to have hired the most rude staff. Worst customer service ever. Then I came home, opened the food. I ordered seafood and I got tofu instead. Baby corn was rotten. Sweet chilli sauce smelled like sweat. Then I opened my other box, they seem to have misplace the sauce with oil. The noodles were floating in oil. Not exaggerating one bit. I don’t think I will ever go to any wok it up. The thought of wok it up makes me nauseous.
Noodles with stone in it. Never coming back
I usually love ordering from them, but they must have changed management. For $13 I ended up with 3/4 noodles, 3 prawns and a couple of bits of veggies. Not impressed.
They don’t put much meat in, watered down the sauce too much and skimp on the veggies. Pretty much all noodles!! Third time back this year and same results so I won’t be back again. Other Wok it up stores do a better job with better quantities of meat, veg and sauce
fantastic! i’m not big on veggies so the build your own box was very helpful : i should have asked for some soy sauce on the side, but otherwise delicious! the spring rolls were also very good. delightfully crunchy and went so well with the chili sauce. thanks guys!

The person who was taking my order could not understand anything I was saying, I had to repeat myself multiple times. Funny part is I still got my order wrong. And 5 points for the rudeness.
Popped in for a quick lunch and wasn't disappointed. My meal was cooked far faster than expected, I'd only just sat down when I was called to collect. Delicious noodles and they remained hot all the way down to the bottom of the cardboard box. I will definitely be going there again.
These people are so ooo rude. The last 3 occasions in the past few weeks they have ‘run out of loyalty cards’. I asked the guy serving yesterday when they would be available and he basically fobbed me off ‘why don’t you ring central office if you want to know anything’. Not the kind of response I expected. The last few occasions I have ignored how rude the staff are but there’s no need for it. Wok it up Philip.. you need a 101 course in ‘how to speak to customers and serve customers’
In all our 4 orders, we barely found some meat!
