Got a Big bowl of the hot & spicy noodles and it wasn't very nice. 90% noodles and a tiny bit of vegetables and meat. He put it on a scale when adding the meat and quickly removed nearly half of the small amount he had put in. Paying $20 for a bowl of egg noodles is a bit much. I won't be returning!
Ordered delivery at 5pm. 1.5 hours later and the delivery driver is texting me to say its not ready, staff are aggressive and telling the delivery driver to cancel my order. By 8pm they cancelled. I only ordered dumplings! Were they making them from scratch?! Warning to others: avoid this place
Horrible and vile people. Extremely rude and condescending to food delivery drivers, it is utterly disgusting! Maybe they think they are still in china or something. Even the little kids working are rude. Just makes you wonder how these people are brought up. Really a shame to have people like these in Australia.
Order a Pad Thai, and it's been cooked and drowned in sweet chilli sauce. All of 3 pieces of chicken with the rest being noodles. Not a Pad Thai by any stretch of the imagination. It's edible, but disappointing.
Extremely rude people. Maybe it’s normal for them to be rude and arrogant in where they are from, but that ain’t normal in Australia. How are they even in business? Canning vale would certainly be a better place without these people for sure!
I was super surprised because how they cook the Gyoza.... they put the Gyoza into the ball with water and microwave it and drained out water and pack it.... wow.... when I came back and open it all the dumplings were stick to each other.... Noodle was bad too. Very oily and don't have stir fry taste at all... It also pricy.... never ever again.
I always get curry laksa no matter where I go because they are absolutely my to go food. Have never tried wokinabox so I decided to give it a go today and it was the worse decision made. I am not paying $14 for a bowl of vegetable and soup. There's literally no meat or noodles in there. I'm actually disappointed. I'm not even exaggerating when I said it's full of vegetable!
We ordered large beef black been noodles I hated it could not eat it the flavour I feel was way to strong it was discusting I felt like taking it back for a refund and partner had large satay beef noodles she wasn't happy at all won't be goin back to that shop again was discusting so not happy
We went to noodle box formerly wokinabox to get a nice dinner to celebrate a good day, we called in advance to order and specified multiple times we wanted a mild nasi goreng. The person on the phone was very quiet and impolite. We went to pick it up and asked again if it was mild and was assured it was, we could smell the spice while driving home and when we got home to eat we couldnt even take two bites it was that spicy. We called to ask about it and got absolutely disgustingly screamed at for 15 minutes by multiple people then the owner and then hung up on. 0/10 would not recommend it was vile customer service
The shop very clean. And meat vegetables very fresh nicely cooked. We will be back again
