Well......there was no other customers in the shop. They completely ignored us 3 staff in total. When i asked to put in an order i after waiting a while i was told to wait. Then when i did get served, the guy didn't even look at me, was impolite & tried to charge me for my friends drink. He then ignored my friend who hadn't ordered. When i asked for her order to be taken we were told to wait a bit. No eye contact ever throughout the transaction. Shocking service. Very impolite. My god. Horrible. So disappointed.
Normally I have no complaints about this store. However today there is a bunch of sooky slow arsed teenagers who don't seem too keen to be running the joint. Taking the order was slow with many customers in front and behind. Orders backing up, customers waiting for their food to be cooked, counter guy mumbled, no smiles, no real interaction, tables dirty, the cook was doing his best but slow, the kitchen hand dragging her feet. They weren't working as a team and really just looked like they didn't want to be here. Shame :-/
The Lemongrass Chicken should be renamed to Extra, Extra, Extra Salty and Vinegary Fish Sauce Chicken. I couldn't eat it. I gave it all I had but started feeling dizzy from the salt about 5 mouth-fulls in, I didn't know that was thing. I don't feel so well. The Spring Rolls were great!!
Always great food and great prices, we came in Saturday and they r so busy. We got told it gna be a little wait. but we didn't expect our meal is ready within 5min, it was great! btw my kid fav meal is your satay chicken. yumm
After a 25 minute wait they tell me they forgot my order. Then they argue for a few minutes before they actually start cooking my order. A couple that ordered after me got one order then had to wait 10 minutes for the other order to arrive. Hate to see what happens when it is busy. Finally got my order after a 35 minute wait. Hope it's a one off and at least there was an apology.
Ordered a katsu chicken bento, probably the most disappointing katsu I’ve ever had. The “salad” was 3 pieces of cucumber. The katsu chicken wasn’t even cut into small slices just 4 huge chunks and there was about 3 tablespoons of oil underneath the katsu it was soaked not even crispy anymore it was so rank I couldn’t eat it.
Went on a Monday 3.25pm. I come all the way from Butler specifically for some sweet sweet noodles. Only to see it's closed. So I'm crying in the rain, while their taunting me with their specials in the window. Thought they were open till 9?
Usually order hot and spicy hot always fresh and burn my mouth service is pretty quick, priced well. Ofthen grab for dinner and a spare for lunch the next day. Highly recommend.
Great meal so yummy! I order the fried rice and satay chicken The staffs very nice and the food is so fast!So fantastic,i will be come back again!
Delicious, was a little past the timeframe, but that was only exaggerated by my hunger. Won't put me off ordering here again. Yum!!
