WM waste management services are great to deal with. When you call, Tom is personable, professional and makes sure you have the right skip for the job. The real star of WM is the legendary Shane. He goes out of his way to ensure the skip is positioned perfectly and looks after the customer like a perfect gentleman. If anyone deserves a Skippy badge, it's Shane. Pun intended
Have been dealing with WM Waste since 2011 , have never let me down , deliver skips on time to correct destinations, and pick up as arranged . Drivers always friendly and willing to help and prices very competitive in this market . My first point of call when require skips . Roger , Green and Supreme artificial turf
Called a skip bin to collect a damaged fence and branches, had a guy named Shane come out to blackburn and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He was extremely friendly and super efficient. And will be highly recommended to others.
Wrote an Email to this Company about one of their Employee's DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR on Chapelton Drive in Cranbourne East on 15/03/2024 and received no response. One of their Employees had blocked an ENTIRE Driveway with one of their Trucks to pick up hard rubbish, making it IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to enter/leave their homes. The Employee saw me waiting and continued to pick up the rubbish instead of moving their Truck so I could pass. When I spoke to them about this and told them I will now be 'late to work' - He responded with 'Well I'm already at work so...' - Absolutely disgusting and based on the other reviews left, it seems other people also share the same experience too. GOOD LUCK TO YOU.
Great company! Easy to book a bin, which was dropped off and picked up on time. Good price too. Will definitely use WM Waste Management again.
I have used their Skip Bin service to get rid of extra dirt in the garden recently. I am well pleased with their customer serviceTom and driversGlen. They are very professional and provide sevices above expectations:

The customer service is better than a 5 star hotel and the flexibility in their quiet times wow.. and when they are busy they will try to alway give the best to help. I hear of the pain people, builders and trades, now I'm renovating have with bin companies, I don't know what they are talking about and have recommended WM Waste to everyone. It was recommended to me from the facilities manager at the local school I work with. Thank you to everyone at the office staff and drivers for your positive, helpful attitude that always exceed expectations.
Like all those negative reviews here, this company's staffs are lack of BASIC communication, greedy company sucking up poor council rate payers' money. Booked collection beginning on Monday and show up very late on late Thursday then they informed me everything need to be rearranged before 12pm the same Friday, only half day short notice to move everything! Will report them to ACCC
