We stopped at the Verizon store on a Thursday evening right when they were closing to upgrade our 3 phones . Brady was so kind to allow us to come in still and see what our options were. He was professional, kind, and informative. You can definitely tell he takes pride in his job and is very knowledgeable! Our quick visit ended up turning into a 2.5 hour visit due to complications with my daughters phone. Brady could have easily sent us away to come back another day, but he called 5 different people and he was so patient and calm through it all. We truly felt cared for - and would recommend Brady for any of your cell phone needs! Thanks for being such a great help and making our experience so great
Steffi and staff helped find me the best bang for my buck. Took a few tries but ended up with a new phone in a short amount of time. Great customer service. Plus, my mom likes them too, that's why I ended up there to begin with.
Ellie is great at what she does! She was very informative, and helped us in every way she possibly could! We definitely recommend working with her! If we ever have any issues come up, she will be the first person we see!

Jakob, the store manager, was so helpful when it came to my son's broken phone and getting him a new one! He helped me in store and out of store and was so patient with our unique situation. I am so grateful to him! His co-worker was also quick to help me when I walked in when Jakob was busy with another customer. This store has the best employees! Keep up the great work Verizon Forest Lake!!
Ellie at Forest Lake is awesome ! She is what customer service is and should be. She was a great listener, showed care and was as helpful as she could be. She exceeded my expectations of moving us forward with billing issues from our purchase of a Black Friday Promo from Hayward WI Verizon. We have had ongoing billing discrepancies and after 4 months of little visible corrections happening went to Forest Lake near home and met with Ellie. She shared with us what was being done by the selling store and in process and outlined other details we needed to know. We wish we would have made our purchase at Forest Lake and not Hayward WI, next time will be Forest Lake.
Ellie was amazing! I had to go back a couple times because of system issues at Verizon, and each experience was a pleasure. Ellie is very personable, professional and great to work with.
We had a wonderful experience at Verizon working with Steffi. She was very helpful and she made a long and confusing process extremely easy! I definitely recommend going and working with Steffi!
Steffi helped my husband and I upgrade our phones a couple weeks ago and working with her was great! She made sure everything was in working order before I left the store. The only downside to this location is the wait time. I went just after lunch and left when I saw how many people were waiting. No one acknowledged my presence the first time I went in. I came back in the late afternoon and there was barely a wait.
Jakob has been very helpful in the transition to Verizon from our previous carrier. I’ve never seen a retail wireless store so dedicated to customer service! We will continue to go to Wireless Zone for all of our wireless needs.
