Top service, very friendly staff, prompt call to fix.my problem.
Our dryer is now finally repaired - after a very long 6 week+ wait! Perhaps my original review pushed a bit of action from Wizard, but I'm pleased that I will soon be reunited with my dryer. I'm thankful to Wizard for this positive outcome and hope that they will endeavour to be more responsive and reliable where others are concerned. Giving only a 3-star initially, until I've trialed my repaired dryer.Service: Dryer repair
Called this business and explained that i was from out of town, and that my Engel fridge wasn't working. They said that they were busy, but they should be able to check it out. I drove across from Lakes Entrance, where the technician said that " he'd try and look at it that afternoon or the next day " No word the next day, so i rang on the Wednesday morning and was informed that they hadn't looked at it and the technician was out all day and wouldn't be looking at it that day either. They were informed from the first call that i was leaving on the Thursday, so once again drove over to pick my fridge. What a waste of time. Better to under promise and over deliver guys. No recommendation from me.
AMAZING SERVICE Mick and his guys are fantastic-- nothing is too much trouble -- Mick is generous with his time, knowledge and advice. ---- over the past few years we have used him several times and I have found that he always has the customer's interests at heart --- very refreshing and helpful --- he is now our "GO TO GUY" for anything electrical.
Really helpful guy came to our house to fix our fridge! Highly recommend wizard to deal with.
