Terrible real estate company. Never got things done when requested, had to escalate to manager after no response for several weeks. Told us we had to provide receipt for carpet cleaning several days after moving out. This was very frustrating as we had power turned off. Wise then recommended a carpet cleaner, who couldn't work without power. I then found a company who could, was very happy with their service. Our rent was supposed to increase after 12 months, which never happened. Then when I inquired, they told us it had been deducted from out advance weekly payment. This was never communicated and was not what was stated in the contract. The advance weekly payment and the rent increase over 6 months didn't match up at all, but I was done trying to make sense with their processes. Last week, 4 weeks after moving out, they deducted another 2 weeks of rent. I had no money in that account and was charged a fee. When I told them what happened, they said send a screenshot and they will refund it, no apology at all. These guys are incompetent in what they do and the processes they use are bizarre and confusing. Hopefully they can learn from this feedback and improve.

Just really rude people. Wont return calls. Aggresive. Really bad management. I would never rent a property or have mine rented with these people i have friends about to take legal action against them. Stay away from this realestate its not worth the dramas

Don’t rent with this realestate it will be the biggest mistake you will make any issues will be sweep under a rug or ignored.. leaving the property in better condition then entry report will still be unsatisfactory.. commission has to come from somewhere also blocked me on Facebook and social media so I can’t review them.. very professional

Doesn't even deserve one star ! Unprofessional staff . Takes ages to get back to you in regard to pretty much anything. Big regrets having an 18 months contract with them. Useless staff who knows nothing and have little knowledge about rental policies. Money hungry people who even after we ended our contract tried to take money out of our account. They forgot to up our rent after 12 months as the contract while we were still living in the property and once we decided to end the lease they remembered and wanted the extra $15 a week.

Horrible company. Not even worth the 1 star. All I can say is- thank god those 6 months of renting with this joke of a business is over. Dirty/ stinky bathrooms where the plumbing facility's were obviously dodgy, unfixed door hinges and balcony doors ,  half non working lights , random people showing up un announced to clean the carpets , random sums and figures to try and take our bond money (also incorrectly lodging them in the first place )?, 

Just terrible. I have written a public detailed experience with this company.. feel free to contact me for it. 

I happily share my experience of this company  with people  to make sure they  know to never ever deal with them.
