We were recommended to this place by a colleague and it didn't disappoint. The store is setup for takeaway but we decided to eat in as it as a quick meal as we were passing through. The size was great and our kids loved the Chicken Ceasar pizza and they even declared it as one of the best pizza they have had and believe me they have had quite a few. It was so good that we made sure we when back again before we left Tassie and Launceston.

At mowbray store I order family pizza deal vegetali pizza I pay extra for Pineapple topping she gave me pizzas without capsicum which is already comes in the pizza when I go back to ask she told me we run out I am sitting there around 20 minutes why she didn't tell me she offering 2$ refund for topping worst experience I am requesting to owner I am regular customer so please teach you staff how to treat professionally with customers thankyou
Delicious pizza and a great price to match.
Great customer service at Riverside, our order ready at the time given and even delivered out to our car. Especially impressed because I've heard many stories of lengthy wait times. Fantastic! Not so fantastic was driving home, sitting down to eat and finding only one pizza, the second box empty. Weird, but mistakes happen. Rang them up to be cheerfully told the pizza was sitting back at the store waiting for us. I was not keen on driving back into town while the rest of our order went cold, luckily my husband was heading past and could pick it up. I told the cheerful girl on the phone that he would do that. It wasn't until I made my tone of voice clear that I was unimpressed that she barely managed a cheerful but reluctant 'sorry' at the end of the phone call. What started out as a positive experience unfortunately ended dismally. So based on my experience, only three stars from me.
Couldn't rate highly enough. 10/10 service from Tahli and the team, very professional and kind - fantastic food that was delivered on time. Even the new girl was absolutely incredible, no faults whatsoever. Just goes to show they train their staff to the highest standards! I will definitely be coming here regularly now.
I have to say Wiseguise holds something special! - From the moment you walk in the door you are immediately overcome by the cool and relaxing vibe Brought on by the dark walls, dime lights and music to match - When you get to the counter you are greeted by a friendly smile. From the fantastic menu on offer to the customer service is all on point and the pizza? Delicious! From classic favourites to new pizzas to get your taste buds excited! Best I've ever had by a country mile.

Never had better customer service! I called up pretty late just before close Was told that there were no large pizzas left, and I was after the deal with the large pizza. The guy on the phone said no worries mate, and gave me 2 medium pizzas for the same price! Would recommend wise-guise pizza to anyone! Thanks Wise guise!
