I experienced a lovely Sunday morning walk through the park at the beginning of spring. Some wildflowers are emerging with the warmth. Lots of families around, picnicing and walking. Loved the museum and history of the outbuildings. The cottages for the wireless workers still exist as you can see from the photos.
A wonderful park for wildflower viewing in September when we visited. Wide paths, level terrain, signs naming many of the flowers, and chalk marks on the path to point out flowers that didn't have permanent signs. Very enjoyable.
Wildflower walk was amazing - so many orchids and so accessible - saw more in an hour here than a 2 day hike far from Perth
Lovely bush walking trails. Still a couple wildflowers around. Kudos to the volunteers who help planting seedlings. The structures left to commemorate the first radio tower were just enough for the imagination to take over. The playground that incorporates history and culture was really nice. There were a couple BBQ pits scattered around making this a nice spot for a gathering for families. Unfortunately we didn't get to go into the museum. Next time.
A wonderful park, well set out and walking track’s accessible for everyone. Wild flowers will be in bloom August September and it is spectacular. Well maintained by volunteers. Well preserved historic buildings. Great views especially on top of the lookout tower
