If you are considering Orthodontic treatment for yourself or a family member, please see your dentist and request a referral to Dr Sep and team at WIRED Orthodontics. We where initially nervous about the impending cost of braces/invisalign. However they offer a pay in instalments schedule, and this allow us to take up treatment sooner rather than later. The team have been professional and efficient throughout our journey and have done their best to accommodate our needs. We just couldn't fault them at all. Thank you to the fantastic staff and clinicians. We will be back in the near future

From day one they made me feel so comfortable. I came in with my newborn and as they do they cry, one of the ladies held him the whole hour for me cannot thank her enough. My teeth look amazing and I’m so happy with the result. Highly recommend :
The team at Wired were nothing short of attentive and kind! They always made sure I received the best possible outcome with both my teeth and things as things as small as appointment times. So glad I went to Dr Sep to get my braces done, not only is he very kind and intelligent he also tells you to a t what you should be doing to get the best result. The other ladies and gentlemen there are lovely also! They’re always on time and sometimes have even asked me to come in a bit earlier! Fantastic people and service. Couldn’t recommend more
A couple of years ago, Dr Steven Smith had done my daughters braces. After paying via direct debit each week, I completed paying off my account, however the direct debits kept being taken from direct debit without informing that my account was completed, and when the young girl/worker brought it to my attention that I no longer owed any money, and actually over paid, Dr Stevens fired the worker. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I do not recommend Wired, at all.
Brilliant, professional service - from the reception team to Dr Sep. Clear communication, flexible and positive team, plus amazing results. Couldn't be happier with my Invisalign results or Wired Orthodontics experience.
Amazing team of professionals! Everyone of the staff are very polite, friendly and most-of-all outstandingly professional. Every business has its terms and conditions in which doesn’t always suit the individuals values and point of view of each policy. But as I see it, a business is not a great business without its T&C and policy. I first started my journey with wired orthodontist in OCTOBER 2019 and it’s coming to the halfway mark of progress and my teeth are well on its right track. At first I was worried that my teeth weren’t going to move as much as I imagined because I got my braces at a later age. But since I followed each advice from Dr Sep and Miss Cathy, my teeth are able to move and progress smoothly. *if you’re pain sensitive.. braces aren’t for you* Every after visit the teeth gets tightened and gaps are enclosing and the gums/jaw also adjusts. But after a week the pain goes away. Broken bones and childbirth are still more painful than braces, in terms of perspective of pain tolerance. In addition, payment-wise, I was able to sign up for a payment plan with DentiCare through wired orthodontist. It has made it so much easier to continuously pay weekly instead of pay every visit. They’ll work out a payment plan to suit you.
My last orthodontist moved and suggested Dr Sep. At first I was annoyed but since being a patient for almost a year I couldn't have asked for a better dentist/orthodontist. Dr Sep is a professional not to mention the nice staff. Once I forgot an appointment they were apologetic even though it was totally my fault!! lol if your thinking of braces for yourself or your kids this is definitely the place. I'm trying to think of any cons for this review but I can't lol 10/10
This is my review & my family's personal experience: Approximately 2 years ago our daughter started seeing Dr Sepehr Tabatabaee Dr Sep at Wired Caboolture. Each appointment he told us she wasn't ready for braces and then we would come back after 6 months for a recheck. He was always kind to my daughter when we were at his surgery. My daughter is 11, once she had lost all her baby teeth he told us she was ready for braces. She has severe overcrowding & some of her adult teeth were unable to move down, there's no room. He told us she needed four adult teeth removed. I paid for a second opinion at another Orthodontist at the time as I was worried about removing four of her teeth but the Orthodontist we saw agreed those 4 teeth needed removing. Both Orthodontists were equally lovely and clearly skilled but we went with Dr Sep as we felt we owed him our loyalty as he had been looking after us. At the last appointment we had with Dr Sep he told me; the timing of the teeth extractions and when we put the braces on the teeth is vital. He told me the braces needed to be put on 10-14days after the teeth had been removed. It was tricky to organize as the dentist could only remove 2 teeth at a time & 7 days recovery was needed after each set had been removed. Dr Sep is only at Caboolture every Thursday & I believe every second Tuesday. So with help from the Wired receptionist I organized for the braces to be put on her teeth 16 days after the first 2 teeth had been removed. They assured me a couple of extra days is ok. 3 days before the braces were due to get on she started getting severe pain. I could actually see her teeth had been moving down. I let the surgery know this. They were of no help just said poor thing. 2 days before our appointment we were put into a Covid, 3 day lockdown. I spoke to reception about this & she assured me that our appointment would go ahead as it would be unlikely the surgery would close. I asked if they closed the last 3 day lockdown, which was in April 2021,she told me they had been 'forced' to close. I asked if we could get my daughter in that day to have her braces put on, because she is in so much pain. Dr Sep was in, but she said there was no way he could see us. That evening I get a missed call from Dr Sep's receptionist & then they send me an email with a rescheduled appointment. The appointment is for 10days time!! So lockdown here was from Tues 6pm-Fri 6pm they rescheduled my poor daughters appointment NOT the next working day after lockdown had ended but in ten days time?? That is 24 days AFTER her first extraction?!? The next day I called 6 other Orthodontists; it was day 1 of lockdown & they all are telling me they are open despite lockdown & appointments are going ahead as per arranged as they are considered an essential service. I am furious! I still don't understand why all the other Orthodontists open for business but Wired is closed? So I ring Wired & I ask them where is Dr Sep & they tell me he has taken 3 days off!? I ask them 'why are all the other Orthodontists open & what about his duty of care to my daughter & the receptionist tells me his name was Naz 'We have been forced to close due to lockdown & the other Orthodontists will close soon too-they just haven't received the email yet stating they can't practice due to lockdown' ?! So I call the Orthodontist that I had got a second opinion with & they tell me they are definitely allowed to still be open over the lockdown period, they are an essential service but they are fully booked. I explain my daughters story & tell them she's in pain. I explain she's had 4 teeth removed in preparation & ask them about the 10-14day window. The reception at this other surgery ask for their Orthodontists advice & they tell me she needs to be seen asap and they get my daughter in that day to have her braces put on. We are really happy with this other Orthodontist, they are open every day & have proved to us they are flexible and reliable, they have shown me they really care about my daughter. I cannot recommend Wired Orthodontics.
