Great product and service Bought the Staka Absolutely 100% Australian made right here in Perth Definitely be back for more
Bought a 16L port barrel that failed within a few weeks even though instructions were followed to the letter. Leaked from multiple points, and made a big mess. After a VERY lengthy wait, Winex finally replaced the faulty barrel with same; which lasted less than a couple of weeks. Now I have another mess, and some bonus Fruit Flies. Winex doesn't seem to want to know about this one....no return emails and no contact to help get it sorted. Won't be making the same mistake thrice.
I went to buy a wine rack that was advertised on their website but when I arrived was told they did not sell one at that that price but they when the gentlemen looked on the website I was informed it was obsolete and he upsold me to a similar model. Asked where it was made I was informed it was made from Australian parts later I noticed it was made in China not very professional.
Impeccable storage, some good value products & services. Trustworthy and proffesional handling of museum wines and organisation of inventory / supply.
We were charged for a 16 lt Keg and only got a 12 lt fortunate to get 2 stars.
My items was stolen it took a month to resolve
