Amazing Product and customer service to match!! Staff were very helpful in assisting me buying shoes. I told them exactly what I was after and they made suggestions and brought out multiple styles and sizes for me to try until we found the perfect one. Highly recommend!
The sales assistant was very helpful Alison? In helping me get the perfect boot for me and suggested a leather protector which will help my boot last.
Do not buy as if the shoes aren't fit for purpose or you have a issue they will not refund. Store manager and Area manager are extremely rude. Avoid!

Visited the store on 17-3-2019 staff were very slow to respond. When we finally got a response, which we had to approach them, the girl made excuses,"Oh I wasn't aware..." Just bland and unhelpful. I got my shoes that I wanted and don't get me wrong I love their shoes, just the experience was disheartening.
