Great bakery! Needed a large cake for an event, Windmill bakery have a wonderful large tray size chocolate cake. Fresh cream and wording added while we waited.. You will not be satisfied with just 1 slice! Great find!
Windmill Bakery, i remember this place when it first opened, food is a must, mud n banana cakes yum yum yum, fresh cream if you into those cream buns, steak n cheese pies, prices are very reasonable, this is still my favorite bakery when i go home, wish they had a Windmill here in Sydney :

Coming here since birth and even after moving out of the hood I still make a trip back every Friday or Saturday!!! $30 spent here is easily 10+ items compared to other bakery prices and their cakes are cheap, ON and huge
Prices are sky high but the size of the pie remains the same. My favorite cream bun is $3 same size it's used to be $1 lol it so unfair if you think about it.
This bakery is a real gem. All the locals are aware of it and so it's reputation has grown purely by word-of-mouth. From the south to the west, as far as I'm aware. There's no external advertising but the quality of their products are quite legendary. I have a friend who is also quite a home-schooled culinary genius herself with baking & when someone like her says to me she would come to this bakery to purchase their cakes when she's too tired or time constraints are too tight, then I KNOW this place is good. Their chocolate logs & mud cakes are A-MAZING.
Went here to try the chocolate cake that is raved about on here. The bakery seems okay, very small though but easy to find. Parking is quite odd as it is on a tilt and staff are good. Tried the mud cake on its and the mud cake with cream, definitely prefer the one with cream more as it dilutes the sweetness of the cake. For those that still want to enjoy cakes but don't like too much sugar, then this is a good choice.
The potatoe top was ok but bland, the lid on the savory pie was dry as, but the chocolate cake was Devine
Still the best place for baked goods & fill that tummy with food available there.
