The Drs here are kind, compassionate & knowledgeable; I had to go there twice in the last few days.nnThey were even somewhat familiar with my rare condition called: idiopathic Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome.nnThey gave me medications to help with my symptoms, and also helped me rule out everything else.nnI gave 4 stars cause the first triage nurse I saw ignored me when I vomited and promptly collapsed on the floor in front of her.nnMy spouse reported her to the hospital the hospital already, and they immediately followed up, so I didn't really feel the need to write anything about it or deduct much from the stars on my review.nnP.S. cause it's a hospital I did have to wait about 1.5-2 hrs both times to be seen. The care that I got was excellent both times; so I'm still giving them 4 stars.nnThank you to the Drs who saw me, helped me, and took care of me; you eased all my worries!nnNow I'm on the road to recovery. Hopefully in the next few days I'll be my usual self again! nnEdit: i added a few pictures of the beautiful art that is in this hospitals hallways!
I was treated by this hospital in October and also November this year for seperate illnesses. Both times the medical staff, doctors and nurses were understanding and medically professional with my care and treatment. With having food and medication allergies,the kitchen staff went beyond and above to ensure that my dietary requirements were met.nI highly recommend this hospital over others I've been treated in over the years.nThey even made sure my husband was well looked after during my stay.nI personally thanked them for my care after having a suspected Stroke that turned out to be a severe Stroke like migraine event. After being treated for Anaphylaxis issues I was prescribed an EpiPen for diagnosis of Multiple Allergy Syndrome. Because they listen and were compassionate of my medical needs I am still here today.
We have been to the hospital few times and both our babies were born at the Yandilla facility in the Hospital,our experience at the hospital was very positive.All the staff in the facility are amazing and does a fantastic job.cant thank them enough for the service and care they provided us during our stay.Would highly recommend to anyone.Thumbs up to all the staff who go beyond their limits to keep us safe.
I found the staff & nurses to be very nice people ,& very helpful,nI had major hip surgery,nThe surgeon & anathesist were great,nEspecially the anathesist Mike Rose, who goes above & beyond his duty - thank younnHe was the best,nI was very nervous & he talked to me, was a really nice guy he put any fears to rest & morennI awoke in the icu to discover all went well,nI was put in icu as a precaution & for them to manage the pain & high blood pressure,nthey did that wellnnThe night nurse sue was really nice & helpful,nnThe day nurse appointed to me was Ally she was kind , helpful & patientn& very professional.,nMy experience in this hospital was 100% positive.nI give Thanks to the nurses & staff in the Oxley ward ,nSam & my care team were great!nThe nurses were simply putnCaring & sensational .
Wow, how lucky were we that we were in Horsham when my husband ended up with bacterial meningitis from a procedure elsewhere. ED acted very quickly, and I'm sure with their prompt action, has saved my husband from permanent damage. The staff were fantastic and the food delicious. Thank you so much. From Steve and Sharyn
