I’m not big on driving in the city, and certainly don’t enjoy parking there, but do enjoy getting into Melbourne, usually just for fun. Last week I used the Riverside Quay parking for the first time and I’ll definitely use it again. I thought the cost was pretty good particularly early bird, there are lifts, it was very easy to book and pay online which made getting in and out a breeze, and the location is terrific.
Honestly no complaints about this Wilson location. Pre booked the parking via the app with plenty of notice to avoid higher pricing, entered with my Wilson card without issue. Corners are tight, so only one car can pass at a time, however they provided mirrors to look for oncoming traffic. Go to the ground level and there is plenty of signage directing you to either riverside or southbank boulevard. Once onto the main street you're right in the centre of southbank and everything it has offer.
Great location on Riverside Quay. Relatively inexpensive 24/7 city parking when booking online. Especially the $17 Early Bird weekday option. It should be more clearly advertised the first 5 floors are all reserved parking. Only the top few floors are available. Luckily these are often empty. If you're driving up on a weekday, absolutely avoid the hourly rate between 6:00am to 4:00pm: an hour will cost you $52. Make sure to book in advance.
Good prices tbh, especially on the weekend and excellent position for the south bank
We parked our car at Riverside Quay at 5.30 pm on 23/10/22 , while we were away someone broke into our car and took our glasses and did broke the ash/coin tray. We reported the incident to Wilson parking at 11.30 but they casually said you park at your own risk. Honestly why we have to pay for the parking when they can't even secure the our car. Big disappointment
Wouldn't park here again. Accidently entered parking garage 20 mins early due to a mix up and was charged an additional $81 to park here instead of the usual $19. Wilson parking were unwilling to assist with a refund and extremely unhelpful.
Parked here today. It was easily accessible and the lifts were a good size. There was a slight hiccup with my payments but a conversation with Farhana in Wilson's customer service team quickly resolved it. She was wonderful to deal with and a huge thanks to her.

Too easy!! Great safe place to park. Reasonable rates, especially on weekends. Definitely will use this park again.
