I paid at the machine. Then when i put my ticket in it would not accept it. I pressed the intercom and explained to the lady. she said it hasn't been paid and you will have to pay to exit. so i paid again. I called them to get a refund when my account had been debited twice. They said unfortunately we haven't been able to locate your payment on the system so attach a copy of your car park receipt showing the amounts paid. Then i got a rude email from Nepz saying make sure you present your ticket before you exit to avoid any extra charges. Well Nepz, I did present my ticket and it had been paid so maybe your system needs an upgrade and your customer service needs some updated training.
Great price and conveniently located. Just be careful around their curbs. Damaged my vehicles mag against the side wall. Went up 4 levels and found plenty of parking. Lifts make it easy to access the street access are. Small and larger vehicles park here. Pricing is very reasonable at $3 per hour March 2022
This place has an electrical problem. The extremely high pitched noise that penatrats through your brain, in night it was very nasty and scary. I shall never use this car park again. I notice the parking just around the corner and across on Murry street. I wish I had seen it before maps had only shown me Wilson's parking. It advertisement states it cheaper as well as it looked and sounded much nicer and safer.
Small car bays and narrow 2 way lanes. Head height found be a issue if you have a lifted 4wd. 2 small and slow elevators. Could do with a clean. Pier street carpark across the road is better.
Rounded up my parking fee to 3 hours even though we parked for less. The Wilson rep had a terrible attitude and said it was based on the time printed on the ticket - which also stated it was less than 3 hours. Wasnt keen to help us at all and then hung up on me. Faulty machines and unhelpful staff.
It's a carpark. Seen one . seen them all. Safer choice for parking your car. Rather than on side of street.
Not really impressed that you can walk across the road and find 3 hours free parking on the weekends. Huge mistake driving into this one, way more expensive.
I had my car parked here on Sunday 6th of May. Came back to find two homeless having intercourse when I returned to my car. Stairwell smells like freshpaint and urine. Would not recommend.
Price displayed for 1-2 hours is $6, I parked there for 1hour and 40mim approximately and was changed $9. Submitted a claim and never heard back or got money back.
Fix the kerbs on the entrance! If you follow a car in, you can't see driveway design. I've also damaged my rim!
