Complete scam in relation to all day parking. Followed all instructions. Charged $40 for what should have been $17. Very rude attendant. Had a stack of papers behind his window with a refund email on it. This clearly happens on the regular. What’s the bet the refund never comes. Beware.
too expensive, charged $25 for parking less than 3 hours yesterday sat night, tho staff were very friendly. I know parking in Potts Point is always a problem and I realised it would be expensive, but still.....too much! Just parking!
Beware of 2m clearance sign at entry on declining steep driveway as it is misleading and not 2m on the decline. If anyone has experienced this please let me know as I am investigating the matter. My Hyundai iload which is less than 2 metres was damaged. Wilsons is trying to deny liability based on conditions of entry. These conditions do not absolve them of misleading info. If anyone else has experienced this please come forward. After months, I finally had the matter resolved in our favour. The operations manager who denied liability and brushed me off with a BS letter was bipassed when I found a senior person who helped. The call centre was also terrible. The senior person assured me the call centre would be improved. He also got in touch with Council who part own the parking. They offered a voucher! So I went to Council direct and got them to agree to fix my car. In the end I was right, the bar was low and Wilsons who initially denied liability made good.
Paid $80 for 20hr parking. Zero stars if I could. What a rip off
For the early bird or weekend rate do not enter even 1 minute before 6am or you will be charged $40 instead of $15. And get out between 4-7pm on weekdays. Nasty gatekeeper with no common sense...
Paid $80 for less than 24hrs between Saturday afternoon and lunchtime Sunday. Beyond exorbitant
Went after hours and got good rates. Plenty of parking.
This car park is a tight squeeze so be careful
