Very disappointing experience. The lady office carpark staff showed poor customer service and were quite rude. I personally saw a staff member scolding a customer in front of others, which felt unprofessional and embarrassing. Definitely needs improvement.

The location is very convenient — just near the Anzac Bridge and easy to access. The online rate is much cheaper; you can get a full day for only $17, which is a great deal. It’s also close to Darling Harbour and the Sydney Fish Market, making it a perfect parking spot for a day out in the area. I didn’t face any issues entering or exiting the car park — the process was smooth and straightforward. Even during peak hours, there are usually plenty of available spaces. You can also check the attached video to see the entrance. Highly recommended!

If I give it 0 zero stars I would. First off all, we aren't familar with the area, we are not from Australia didn't expect to be gouged. It said visitor parking so we assumed we can park there reasonably. We come back about 45 mins later to be surprised we have to pay $50 which is obscene.nnAside from that, the real problem is how they handled the whe situation. We were trying to pay with our credit cards all of 4 of them and it kept saying 'missing data'. We tried calling for help and couldn't hear support half the time or understand their broken english. They kept on hanging up on us. As this was preventing us from exiting it was extending our time there! They tried charging us $75 even though we were trying to exit for 30 mins. We respectfully moved and let vehicles pass while we repeatedly told them our cards were not working. Finally got through to someone we understand their english and they were able to post payment and allow us through. Finally it worked. This was a horrible experience and no one cared we were trapped and getting scammed by prolonging our time there with their already ridiculous pricing!

Awful customer service.nHad prepaid for the parking and boom gate was closednnCalled the intercom and explained the situation, however as the intercom was quite muffled we could hear, and guess what had a rude lady over the intercom just said: “ I told you to wait !” in a very condescending tone”nnI understand miscommunication happen nor did I complain in the first place , but just having someone shouting at you is just utter disgrace and to say the least stupidity.nnI see so many other complaints about the same staff with the same or similar issue. Please train your staff, we need to have mutual respect.

Will take your money but not guarantee a car park. Booked in a time slot. If it’s a prebooking system and you’ve asked people to enter in the time slot they’re booking, why wouldn’t you cap the amount of bookings you take as per car parks available? When we got here there were dozens of cars circling, probably all paid for a pre-booked ticket. Non-refundable too. Bunch of money grabbers. Don’t pre-book your parking here, absolute scam.
