The location is very convenient — just near the Anzac Bridge and easy to access. The online rate is much cheaper; you can get a full day for only $17, which is a great deal. It’s also close to Darling Harbour and the Sydney Fish Market, making it a perfect parking spot for a day out in the area. I didn’t face any issues entering or exiting the car park — the process was smooth and straightforward. Even during peak hours, there are usually plenty of available spaces. You can also check the attached video to see the entrance. Highly recommended!

As we have no air-conditioning at our residential unit  leading into a 43 degree day in Sydney and having a 2 year old baby, we decided to treat ourselves and stay 2 nights at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough - to protect our baby from the heat at home.nnParked at Wilson Darling Harbour just before 12 noon  to check in and relocate our luggage to our accommodation .nnDecided to exit the car from the car park  which mind you was a ghost town with sooooooo many car spots available!!!!!  at around 3.45pm. Was charged $42 for 3.75 hours!!!!!! What an absolute rip off!!!!! We are a low one income family and this is highway robbery!!!!! Will not park at this location EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! The CEO's keep getting richer at the expense of the average Joe- should be ashamed Wilson's Car Parking!!!!!!

One of the worst experiences.nnHad made a genuine mistake in parking here thinking it was a different car park and despite confusion with staff when I entered, was told that it was correct.nnOnly found out when I tried to exit that it was in fact incorrect. Complete lack of empathy as I was trying to explain what had happened.nThe lady was rude, spoke over the top of me and condescending.nnWrote a complaint and that’s fine if you didn’t want to partially refund me for my error but there was no acknowledgement or apology for the rudeness.nnWell. I hope you enjoy that $48.nnIt’ll be the last I ever give to your company.nnFor anyone else, try another provider or Divvy because Wilson Parking do not deserve your cash.

I’ve parked the car in the Wilson Parking - Harbourside for 3 days and I paid 80$. When I returned to take it I found it with a broken window behind the driver’s seat, some of my belongings under the car and in a terrible condition, and of course some of them stolen. I contacted a supervisor and his response was: “It’s not our responsibility. Call the police.”. I did what he said and the police officer told me to fill in an incident report through the phone and they couldn’t sent someone there because they didn’t have a car available that moment.nIt’s a disgrace that you pay an amount of money in order to park your car in a PRIVATE  parking and in return you find it in these conditions. Not only they don’t take responsibility, the parking lot doesn’t have any cameras apart from the entrance and the exit according to the employee who talked to.nPersonally, I do NOT recommend parking your car there if you’re thinking of leaving it overnight. There is no safety at all and a complete lack of responsibility. In the end, what is the point of paying if there is not a sense of responsibility?

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Our car was broken into while parked at this facility in Sydney, and our belongings were stolen. This parking lot is clearly unsafe and poorly managed.nnThere was no proper security, no accountability, and zero support from the staff after the incident. For a paid parking facility, this level of negligence is outrageous. You trust them with your vehicle, and they completely fail to provide even the most basic protection.
