I booked and paid online for an all day parking. The boom gate entering the carpark was broken so we thought it was a license plate scan carpark and didn't tap our card or get a ticket. There were NO signs whatsoever that stated the boom gate was broken and stop to take a ticket and all the cars Infront of me just drove through. We thought it was a license plate scan system, as most carparks are like that nowadays. We ended up having to drive out from the entrance as we couldn't even exit after trying to tap the credit card I used for the booking.
Decent room, ramp angles ok, corners tight but manageable. Book ahead and have your credit card on you....not in your handbag in your boot like the idiotic woman who went in just before us.
I always prebook this parking spot for events at the museum. It’s close by and an easy stroll to the museum. I find the exit a bit squishy for my large suv but it’s never crowded so I can do my reveres/forward/reverse/forward thing
Plenty of parks available. This car park is very close to the Australian Museum. I would recommend you book in advance via the app.
Good location for the Museum as well as St Mary's Cathedral. If you book in advance, it's $11 on a weekend
Wilson over sell this parking lot. Even if you are a monthly person with a pass. Would not recommend
Pretty set and forget business model here. Very greedy to remove the early bird option without warning regular patrons that pricing had changed. Shock at the terminal for $55 day charge. Best thing is it’s rarely monitored and the boom is often broken.

Really great to be able to book and get s park via the Wilson app when we visited the Australian Museum.
Very annoyed. I payed online and on my way out it charged me more money. The person on the intercom told me it would be fine. I just find it annoying that you then have to take time out of your day to do a claim and wait 5-10 business days to get your money back.
