Elevator doesn't work - tells you to use fire stairs, can't access fire stairs unless you break the door alarm... absolutely rubbish carpark.

Car windows SMASHED, car ROBBED, so much for secure parking. CCTV at entry only. Disabled husband had to use lift with no lights, stunk of urine. Response from company: park at own risk. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

Avoid if you can. Elevator is constantly out of action and there is limited to no signs showing where the stairs are so you are forced to walk up the levels into oncoming traffic which can be dangerous. You get what you pay for.

WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR PARK ANYMORE! Even tho it says Book a Bay is available at this car park, but the machine at entrance cannot recognize the card at all. Same card I used for my online booking. Tried to use intercom to get this sorted, which is instructed on Wilson's booking confirmatkon, but no one answer the call after ringing for 4 times! "Luckily" someone answered on 5th attempt, but who answer the call is not helpful at all, and he was doing his customer service with extremely rude manner. He hang up the call without any notice. I can only realize the call has been ended after a long silence

Not disabled friendly. I walk with a cane and am prone to seizures and fainting when exhausted. Wanted to go to china town with friends. My boyfriend recommended using your Russell street car park instead of using public transport as we could use my disabled parking permit. Our visit to your car park was plagued with issues. 1. There were no disabled parks 2. The format of your parks are odd. When we reversed the car in to the spot. We hit the half wall that was hanging low from the roof. We scratched our car windscreen. This could have been prevented if the wall was painted yellow to distinguish it as a hazard. 3. The signs for the lift were very limited. We walked down 8 flights of stairs -we were parked at level 4b. Only to discover that there was a lift when we reached ground level. 4. Your staircases were very narrow and the walls were covered in wet paint. This was well signed except one of the signs was taped on the actual stairs and Walking around this with a cane was hazardous 5. We decided to use the lift on our way up to our car. We pressed the lift button and the doors opened to reveal a very confused family who had been in the lift for 5 minutes without it moving. We decided not to risk the lift as it was clearly broken. My partner called the hotline provided and they said they would send a technician. No apology was given. 6. We then decided to walk up the ramp. The footpath provided was narrow and was awkward with a cane as there wasn't enough room to walk. The only thing that wasn't an issue was your payment method. That was convenient. Please keep these issues in mind when designing future parking garages. People with children, mobility issues, chronic illness and the elderly use your garages for convenience and ease of use.
