I arrived for my 2,30 appointment and was made to wait until last at approx 5 pm. I was treated rudely and Owen spent 3 minutes with me. The assistant told me in a very arrogant manner to shift closer to town as I would be soon blind. I was given a script that my Mackay Opthamologist threw in the bin saying this was not the correct meds for my condition This specialist does not even rate a single star. Do not attend especially.if you are a pensioner you will be treated badly and ignored and given a 3 Min appointment and made wait till everyone else is gone. No care no understanding of creating a positive parent experience. .. .
My husband and myself had all our tests with Drs wonderful staff yesterday Very friendly professional manner Looking forward to seeing Dr Wilson next week with results
