Just got a kitchen bench put in a couple of weeks ago, was a smart stone bench. Installers were awesome! Did a fantastic job. Looks amazing. Also their quote was up to 2k cheaper than other quotes i had got

It has been some months now since we had our Imperial Grande kitchen benchtops installed by Willis Bros and we couldn't be happier.  

In the beginning we had a couple of hiccups, which were sorted out immediately by Michael and his Team to our complete satisfaction.  

We would also like to thank Steve and his Offsider for a great installation job.

We will continue to recommend Willis Bros for their quality of product and after-sale service.

Today i had my  caesarstone  stone tops installed for my bench tops and island. Willis Brother's are very punctual and arrived on time for  the date for the installing , the installer's named Josh Woodhouse and Griffin Wood have done a beautiful job the work is 100%  cleaned up after themselves would highly recommend this company and the  trades who did the installing thank you for a great job well done.

This is the second kitchen we have had done by Willis Brothers. A few delays outside of their control, but a perfect job once again. We love our new kitchen. This time we used Calacutta Oro marble & their machinery & staff mapping out the kitchen did a perfect job. The veins in the marble match up perfectly. Very impressed with their staff & service once again!

The first installment seemed like a dream until the plumber couldn't fit the overflow in our expensive Blanco sink.. Willis Bros sent another two men and they damaged the blanco sink and cut unnecessary pieces out of the Caesar stone hacking it for no apparent reason.  Not only was I insulted by one of the Trade's when I pointed out that my sink could be damaged Then they sent another two men who didn't want to hear that not only did we expect a replacement sink and the damaged Caesar stone because we paid for perfect stone and expect to get what we paid for. We were told by the Rep  that's it's Friday and we won't see the damage because it will be under the sink. They then decided to leave with a few more insulting comments and we were all upset by this time and had raised our voices. They then blamed our plumber who didn't have anything to do with the Caesar stone. We expect to get what we paid for and so far dealing with people who just want us to accept what they're offering was to bog up the mistake with silicone. Not good customer service. Shameful behavior guys.
