Had a recent consultation regarding a finger injury. Dr Joseph and the nursing team was very quick and easy, and most importantly friendly. Turned my painful experience into a pleasant and fun one

Saturday, appointment at 9.30am... it's now almost 10am. Waiting room's empty and yet we're still waiting.  Well... at least their doctors know what they are doing and are good with children for us to keep going back.

Have been going there for a while and I have found their doctors to be good but the wait is always horrendous and I'm over it so it's time to find someone else.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional receptionists. They literally straight out lie to your face. Never coming back.

Very rude receptionist, not happy at all, if you do not want to ruin your day, do not come here.

Crazy waiting time, we have an appointment at 11 am they let us wait until 2 pm to get to see the doctor. People would have starve to death not being able to eat lunch. Terrible service.

Over 20 years as a client of this practice I have never had any cause for complaint. Staff in the office are always very helpful and most pleasant. All the medical practitioners I have encountered over the years have been exceptional Thank you Willetton Medical Centre.
