I first experienced the exemplary service Will gives as a Real Estate Agent more than 10 years ago when he helped me and my partner purchase our first home.  

Since then he has become an integral part of my home ownership experiences having helped with the sales of our past two homes.

We had a wonderful experience with Will as our Real Estate Agent, both as buyers and vendors.  

He helped us immensely with the purchase of our new home - he gave us several extremely helpful pieces of advice, without which we would definitely not have won what was a competitive tender.

When selling our home we found him fantastic to deal with.  He was utterly professional and very efficient.   He kept us constantly informed and was very responsive to any messages.  Will was also extremely accommodating, which was important to us with two young children. We followed Will's advice with regards to the marketing and presentation of our home - as a result we had a large number of offers and secured a price we were very happy with.  We definitely felt the benefit of his many years of experience selling homes in Karori.

We are so happy in our new home that we are not planning on selling anytime soon.  But when we do, we will not hesitate to engage Will as our agent again.

My husband and I had a very positive experience working with Will selling our home.  We found him warm, informative and very accommodating, scheduling visits around our young family.  He gave us a large amount of his time and provided us with useful information that we could consider without feeling pressured.  He kept us well informed throughout the process and subsequent sale of our house, and also assisted us in our search for a new home in the wider Wellington region.  I can highly recommend Will, and would not hesitate to contact him again in the future for any real estate needs.

Overall, here's how we would sum up our experience of selling with Will Calder: easy, professional, relaxed and he delivered everything he said he would in super fast time. We believe Wills' dedication and  professionalism was the key driver in the number of offers we received on tender day along with the exceptional offer we accepted.  We also appreciated his knowledge in providing us with pre-sale advice including the most appropriate method of sale for our property.  We have since recommended Will to many others and will contact him first when we next purchase or sell another property.

Will was amazing, he kept us informed throughout the whole process of selling our house and was completely professional. He was also very flexible with open home times and visits as we had a young baby at the time. Highly recommend him!
