Really good BBQ. The menu was solid, the staff were friendly and generous, the food was great. The brisket very good, which is rare. They nailed the chicken too. The house beef and cheese sausage were juicy and flavour packed. They gave us a sample of the pork belly burnt ends which were perfectly cooked but a bit sweet for my taste. But, I have to say, the best dish was the bean birria. Try it.
Ohhhhhh my soul!!!! Best Texas BBQ I’ve ever had! Extraordinary depth of flavour, crust and juiciness We arrived at open and watched the Wildfire crew sell out of favorites within the hour. Congratulations to you all, keep up the amazing work!!!! The ‘Pit Master’ was amazing value for money and we’ll be enjoying the leftovers for many days to come. I’ve no doubt we’ll struggle to find anything as good as this for a very long time! Get in before you miss out!!!!
Hats off to these guys. They do what they do with passion, authenticity, and near surgical precision. Serving low and slow is a feat at the best of times, but especially when done to order - and they knock it out of the park. Probably the best brisket I've ever had in my life. Well done team, I'll be going back
The brisket was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. The lamb ribs were tender and juicy and the pork burnt ends were crunchy yet soft. Everything paired beautifully right down to the homemade pickles and homemade bread! We love the Filipino influence KC has included in the sides also.nKC and Eliza’s passion for running this American Style BBQ business is amazing. KC spends hours alone smoking, flavoring and taking care of these meats to ensure he is only serving the best food possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and are looking forward to eating there again.nn*edit*- we have been back to Wildfire numerous times since writing this review, can confidentially say there has not been any disappointment. Every time we go KC and Eliza keep the same consistency with the all of the delicious menu items. KC’s dedication to trying new things and keeping the menu creative is so wonderful. Absolutely love his deification.
Turned up on Easter Saturday, fortunately we had made a reservation and pre-ordered our food as they were pumping. There was a never ending stream of customers gor both dine in snd takeaway good which meant that, incredibly, they had sold out pretty much their entire menu by 1 o'clock.nSome of this would be due to the influx of tourists, but l think it was mostly the food. It was hot and delicious. We tried a platter with 3 different meats, including peking duck, which we hadn't tried barbecued before. It came with a choice of sides and pickles, both o which complemented the food. Lovely, friendly service, you can't go wrong - just remember to pre-order your good to avoid disappointment
