Recently bought a Weihrauch air rifle from Wild Outdoors from interstate. Was a bit apprehensive not actually handling the gun before purchase. Did my homework as best i could by phone and internet prior. Rang Wild Outdoors and asked lots of questions. Jake and Steve were very patient with me,sent photos and answered all my questions. I picked the gun up yesterday from a local dealer,postage took a week as they said it would. Couldnt be more happy with it. Customer service was excellent,and wouldnt hesitate in dealing with them again.
Bought scope and it didnt met my expectations.sent an email to them,returned scope today,they give me money back.happy with a service ,Steve is a honest seller
Bought myfirst two rifles from wild outdoors , they were super friendly and accommodating. Helped me with my best options for my budget and also let me lay by my purchases while I waited out my 28 days for my first firearm purchase ! Did the permit to aquire in store good advice and good to chat too especially if you are new to it all ! 100 percent need to go here if you are new or are looking they will sort you out . they are top quality and will not go anywhere else but here thanks guys !
Been in there a few times now I think it was jake I had been dealing with he has been absolutely fantastic, but went in there another time and the other bloke didn’t want to know me.
