Many thanks to the young man who helped with my trail shoe selection with new orthotics for the Overland Trail. The perfect fit , that worked perfectly with waterproof socks.
I've been to, and called, Wild Earth a few times recently, and each time I have been very happy with the advice, the products and the really helpful and attentive service - without feeling any pressure to buy. Last time Dani happily re-shockcorded my ultralight Agnes Fly-2 tent just for the cost of the shock cord. The other staff, other times, have been equally good including the man on the phone who made extra calls to solve a not-straightforward problem. It made shopping a pleasure and I hate shopping.
I didn’t buy anything this visit, but the guys could not have been more helpful in assisting me to find the right hiking shoes for my feet. No pushy sales tactics, just genuine service and desire to help. Thank you!

So many good reviews! Did we catch them on a bad day? The female staff were unhelpful when asking the challenges of buying a bib ski pant suit and if there were any suggestions when going to the bathroom , the staff member rolled her eyes and said - it’s trail and error 3 staff were standing around the counter and wouldn’t acknowledge us standing there waiting for assistance until we asked them for help. The experience there made us feel uncomfortable and we left without purchasing anything So we went to Auski and found they were fantastic and made several purchases there.
