Was looking for a couple of indoor DC fans and a light for our downstairs laundry...The young lady at the counter immediately made some suggestions and showed me the best options for both the fan and light...All sorted in a few minutes, she ever carried the fans to the car for me ...I didn't catch her name,tho she told me she was the manager there..her name might be Zoe? as I see she has a lot of brilliant reviews.. Thanks for helping an old bloke out.. would highly recommend if you're in need of lighting or fans
Impeccable service from Zoe! I tried a few places to get a specific down light fitting which has been phased out unfortunately. Instead of telling me that I have to replace it with another fitting which requires an electrician fit out like most other places did, Zoe had gone the extra mile. Despite her young age, she’s very experienced, knowledgeable, quick witted and versatile with her thinking. She listened to the issue, thought outside the box and created a solution to my light fitting issue, potentially saving me hundreds to get a sparky. She provided clear and succinct with information to me, a lay person who doesn’t know much about lights and fitting. The pricing of the goods are also phenomenal. Hence I highly recommend this store and Zoe for your lighting needs! I’ll definitely come back in the future if I have any lighting needs! Thank you Zoe!
I went into the store at Morayfield today and discovered the items did not have prices on them. Just QR codes. So I had to click on each item, wait for the link, click on the link in order to ne taken to the website to see the price. This was very time consuming. Some items didn't even have a QR code in order for me to find out the price. There was no point asking staff as they were busy with other customers and I didnt have time to queue.nI assisted two other sets of customers who had no ability to scan the codes and did not want to approach staff, fearing getting the hard sell.nI imagine this would be time consuming for the staff also, these customers needed one or one assistance around the store just to find out the prices.nIf I wanted to look online I would have done that, not wasted my time going to the store.nBoth of two sets of customers and myself left feeling infuriated at the business model and we decided to take our custom elsewhere.
Absolutely rubbish. These leaches trick you into buying there stuff, then not deliver on half the goods for months on end. Will never recommend nor shop here ever again.
I had ordered step lights to finish a job over the Christmas period, it turned out the supplier could not provide them in time and Zoe went out of her way to urgently find a replacement with the manufacturer and have it shipped direct to me so that I could complete the project. Great service and very professional.
