The lady who served us is very nice at the Morayfield store who sold us the ceiling fan and chandeliers can not fault her service. Our electrician could not get the fan to work and said I should ring the store for warranty, they told me to check the battery in the remote and the battery was the problem and was a common problem with these fans, I was served by a man this time who then charged me 7 or 8 dollars for one small battery NO WARRANTY was offered, I believe this is not fair and will not shop there again, it's not a lot of money but if they have a problem with such a small thing, as they put it a common problem I will expect it will be a lot harder to fix a bigger problem, this could be easily fixed, your policies need a review, we have a new house to fit out and you have lost our business thousands of dollars over 7 or 8 dollars, hope you have fun with it. NO WARRANTY.
Try buy a fan and fell over. The would help and instead told me me off for not looking where I was going, as you are lookup to see the fan and have a platform in your show room your kidding me. A little help any help. There lot of other place to buy light and fun, as we are builder why would come back
Wouldn’t recommend fan was brought from here still under warranty they told us to call the manufacturer. Pretty sure it’s not meant to work like that
I purchased two aircon units a few months apart. The recommended installer for the first was good, however the installer for the second was hopeless. Broken pieces left over, installed in the wrong place, just a bad joke. When I contacted WWOL I received a reply that diplomatically told me "Not our problem, take it up with the installer, we did you a favour, buy the next aircon from wherever you like" That's exactly what I'll be doing next time.
Very happy with Stephen Camilleri and the team at Wide world of lights. I had an urgent warranty issue that needed sorting out for an important client. Stephen organised a replacement fitting straight away without any hassle. it was being freighted the very next day. This goes a long way with projects when working on a tight time frame. The team at Wide World of Lights Morayfield are great and go the extra mile for customer service. I had an issue that wasn’t known to them until a few days later after the sale, the team did a great job at communicating and resolving the problem. The range of lighting and fan options are fantastic and the staff actually know their stuff in and out ... best of luck finding that at larger commercial outlets such as Bunnings! Prices are reasonable and the sale or runout items are the cheapest I’ve seen. I would absolutely recommend anyone to check these guys out when looking to purchase lighting, fans or air cons ... the customer experience as a whole was top shelf.
The team at Wide World of Lights certainly went the extra mile to ensure that a product that was temporarily out of stock arrived here in time for a little girls birthday. The product turned out to be the "most valued" gift of the day and on the top of her very short list. Thank you so much and we will certainly use your company again as soon as we can. Out of all the major lighting stores this is our favourite. Great range and great display. Excellent customer service. We spent ages chatting to the guy and ended up getting a quote for all our lighting for the new house. They also have a good deal for solar.
Thank you to Stephen and the team at Wide World of Lights. Accidently broke a 7 year old pendant light and thought I would have to replace them all. Instead Stephen went above and beyond, tracking one down in SA. Thank you for your great customer service.
