Bought a new 2022 KTM 390 Duke. Battery died on first ride and left me stranded on the side of the road requiring it to be towed home. The bike was collected by Team Moto from my house a few days after this. They have provided very little assistance in getting the bike repaired and delivered back to me. After I week I rang team moto widebay and was advised it was at the Virginia store and to call them. Team Moto Virginia advised the bike has been fixed for over a week, though no one attempted to contact me from any store, and both stores blamed each other for this. I was advised I would be called back. After 24 hours of no response I had to call the Virginia store again who advised I needed to go out there and pick it up, and that it wasn't being delivered back to me.nnTeam Moto Widebay have provided almost no assistance to me, have not covered the towing cost of getting the bike back home after it was stranded, and have offered no sort of compensation for this massive inconvenience. Terrible Customer Service.
Did the 30,000 klm service on my 890r with these guys , great job , engine noise is now back to when I first bought the bike with inlet valve adjustment . Great service.nThanks guys
