great experience for work team building/training. theory and practical work on different types of fires and extinguishers, using a fire blanket on a real fire etc. trainers were really good and everyone enjoyed it

A demeaning and offensive experience trying to book training.  Forcing prospective trainees to complete english language proficiency is a waste of time for native English speakers, also alienating for non-native speakers.  If you value your time, don't bother using this business.

Really knowledgeable trainers who gave detailed information about each area of training needed.  Went here for revalidation and would happily return for further training.  Facilities were clean,  suitable for training needed and staff friendly.

I have been advised almost a year ago I have passed all my units for my certificate and have yet to receive my certificate, with my trainer not replying to my messages. Absolutely disappointednin the communication I received
