Awful. I went to them after my mother had great success, and asked for light brown/ash blond highlights. They gave me a brassy disgusting blond, dyed two chunks of my hair with it, and somehow created a line across my head, like a bad dye job. Disgusting. The two women that served me were rude and passive aggressive. I don’t know how on earth they managed to make this happen, but my hair is extremely long and I like to wear it out. I can’t do that. I have a concert this Monday, and I have to go with terrible hair. It’s gotten so bad I am so insecure about it I don’t want to go out, and I cry about it non stop. Don’t go to this salon.
