Solid schnitzel dishes served up quick via the food truck. We followed the truck to Matraville where it was parked up for the day - check their IG or website for daily location updates - and ordered the Wholly Schnit which comes with mash potatoes and peas with gravy, the schnitty burger and the Jäeger. The serving portions were super generous, none of us managed to finish our meals so consider share plates for a group. The service was super quick which is always good. Menu is good value considering the portion sizes and the schnitzel tasty. The fries also get a special mention, they are good. All up a good experience and worth of the Urban List ranking for food trucks
24th May. Dinner time. Finally was able to place an order but a bit disappointed and confused with schnitzel sizes which I think wasn't there before and so I chose medium and ask same request previously to separate the fries and schnitzel so they remain crispy upon delivery but they were not packed separately, some fries were soggy, and what surprised me was the half slice of schnitzel for the medium size order. Unappetising. Unappealing. Should just serve one size like before. FIRST REVIEW: 14th April. Dinner time. We are first time customers and definitely won't be the last. Ordered thru Uber eats, prompt and friendly delivery of good quality food. Requests were correctly accommodated with no dramas. Thank you WS, we enjoyed our dinner!
Perfect place to get your schnitzel fix
Been a huge snit fan for most my life but can never find a place that cooks it right, this place by far is the best snit+chips+gravy iv found in Sydney. The consistency in the food is always a 10/10 and I’m just shocked in how fuken good it is

Since discovering this place a few years ago I'm not surprised how quickly its popularity has grown. It's the best schnitzel EVER! Always juicy always fresh always tasty. All their meals are worth a try and I guarantee you'll be coming back for more. Their gravy is on point! Keep up the great service Wholly Schnit you guys are awesome!
Best chicken schnitzel and gravy I’ve ever had. Had to file on Instagram so I’d always know where to get it if I craved the schnitzel.
Just ordered for the first time and wow what awesome meals. Schnitzel was delicious and we can't wait to order from them again.
Traveled from the Blue Mountains to try this and worth the trip. I had schnitzel, chips and gravy. While my partner bought Moves like Jaeger. Happy to buy again next time we're in the area.
