Fantastic selection of whole foods, veg, fruit, everything you could ever want, even vegans catered for. Nice Cafe with delicious food and great coffee, but table service and plates, cutlery, etc, no longer provided, just self serve and collecting items at counter, so a bit disappointed compared to previous visits
Came here for a quick midweek lunch .nThe falafel bowl was delicious , a moorish wintery bowl of layers of roasted vegetables and lots of good green stuff .nToastie was gluten free , and subtle with the goats cheese and mushrooms , however it wasn’t crispy at all , it was kinda soggy ….nMatcha was strong and good .nOn the low side , service was polite enough but … almost non existent and pretty carefree bad .
Love this place! If you are looking for an' supermarket' that sells a range if healthy & organic proper good food that will actually do you good this is where you need to go!nnThe cafe here also has great options for lunch or for a coffee and cake stop.nDelish cakes and beautiful lunch.
Your mind, body, and spirit will be singing praises after your first visit. I highly recommend making this place your go-to for your grocery shopping.
As a health food store - they never fail to deliver with an extensive range of products. Some items are decently priced whereas some others aren’t.nIt’s nice having almost everything in one place and a reason as to why I choose to shop here.nThe cafe is a lot better than years prior that I decided to give a miss with a diverse menu, catering to both healthy and unhealthy options. Although, of all places, it’s unexpected that the smoothies are ordinary and honestly require a bit of a change up.
